Start with the universal remote brand and model—not only the television brand.

  1. Hold SETUP, CODE SEARCH or the key named in your manual until the indicator stays on.
  2. Press the correct device key: TV, AUDIO, DVD, CBL/SAT or AUX.
  3. Enter the first code from the matching list.
  4. Confirm the success blink or indicator behavior.

Do not stop after Power works. A different code may control more functions.

  3. Select the correct device mode.
  4. Start auto search using POWER, PLAY or the key specified by the manual.
  5. Keep the remote aimed steadily at the device.
  6. When the device responds, press OK, ENTER or STOP immediately to save.
  7. Turn the device on and test Power, Volume, Mute, Input and navigation.
If only Power works, resume or restart the scan to locate the next compatible code.
