How to grill chicken
We all love chicken; we love taking grilled chicken when we are out on vacation with our friends and family or even when we are chilling at home on Friday night with our friends.
Chicken forms a delicious meal that is loved by most of us. I don’t remember when I did the whole week without grilled chicken.
Grilled chicken makes the best addition to our healthy recipe as they are meager calories and very high in protein.
Especially eating chicken breasts helps us to take in fewer calories and burn a lot of extra calories in our body.
Grilling chicken is not an easy task; we have some steps one needs to follow if you want to come with a sweet flavored grilled chicken. Below is the best and easiest way to go about it.
Ingredients
In order to do your grilling without missing any step, the following are the ingredients to have before you start the process.
Juice of one lemon
2 cloves minced garlic
¼ teaspoonful of Rosemary
¼ cup of vinegar
2 spoons of olive oil
1 tablespoonful of Dijon mustard
Two tablespoonfuls of parsley leaves
Four boneless chicken breasts that is also skinless
1/2 teaspoon of Oregano-dried
� teaspoon of thyme
Worcestershire, 1 tablespoon
2 tablespoonful of sugar, preferably brown sugar, packed
Kosher salt
Fresh black pepper
¼ teaspoon of Rosemary- dry
How to grill chicken
1. In a low to medium bowl, start by whisking together lemon juice, olive oil, brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, Dijon, Worcestershire, thyme, garlic, oregano, and rosemary.
Season it with pepper and salt to taste. Remember to reserve ¼ cup of the whisk and set aside.
2. In a large bag or a gallon size bag, combine chicken and balsamic vinegar mixture.
This is followed by marinating it for a period of not Lee than 1 hour while turning the bag from time to time. Drain the chicken breasts from the marinade.
3. The next step is to preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Add your chicken to grill and allow it to cook as you flip once while blasting it with the reserved cup of marinade until you cook through for about 5-6 minutes for each side.
4. Serve it now; you can garnish it with parsley if you like.
